What's New

AVAX5050 has deployed its next-generation raffle contract, AVAX5050 V4, on Avalanche C-Chain. This release upgrades winner selection to RandProof RNG, adds RandProof Automation for decentralized draw triggering, introduces fully automatic prize payouts, and lowers costs for everyone.

Deployed Contract

Contract (AVAX5050V4): 0xD522A17c5234633b492778f9A898212Dd82fFCdb

Deploy tx: 0xda24bf70d42f51ccd6a60fd2fb720a1e2f4dea348847b5cc076925ba43ca762d

RandProof Coordinator: 0xb19Ff6bc924C6BA04424bADe0c0f0F9973af3b69

RandProof Automation: 0x67245111A09692Ee0A964A9C37a7D20A0B506805

The contract source is verified on the block explorer, so anyone can inspect the exact raffle rules, fee flow, and randomness path before participating.

RandProof RNG

Winner selection now uses RandProof RNG — a verifiable randomness protocol where a committee of independent keepers attests a drand beacon. The coordinator address is set at deployment and is immutable, so the randomness source can never be swapped out or manipulated. No admin picks winners, and no off-chain process decides outcomes.

RandProof Automation

When a raffle reaches its end time, RandProof Automation calls the contract to request the draw — no VPS keeper and no manual operator step. Each draw is pinned to a deterministic key, so if a request is ever cancelled it re-requests the same round without rerolling.

Automatic Payouts

V4 pays the winner and creator automatically during the randomness callback — 50% each of the ticket pool. If a recipient wallet or contract rejects the transfer, that share is stored as a claimable balance instead of blocking the draw, so fulfillment can never be stuck. And if a callback ever fails to deliver, anyone can settle the draw permissionlessly from the coordinator's stored proof.

Lower Pricing

The creation fee is now 2 AVAX (down from 5 AVAX) and tickets cost 0.5 AVAX each (down from 1 AVAX). Every raffle retains a small 0.005 AVAX reserve that self-funds its own randomness request — no separate fee token or subscription needed.

Website Improvements

The homepage hero now features a compact create-raffle form right at the top of the page, so launching a raffle takes one screen. The full detailed form remains further down the page, and the site has moved to the Figtree typeface for a cleaner look.

Legacy Contracts

Earlier raffle contracts remain on-chain at their original addresses. Historical results are still viewable on the Results page, and legacy prizes remain claimable from prior contract versions.
